Minneapolis, MN 55403 RE: Calvary Memorial 2420 Dunwoody Ave. Navarre, MN Gentleven: We: have reviewed the submitted plans for the proposed fire protection system at she above captioned location. Based on the submitted information, it appears that if this fire protections system is properly installed in accord- ance with these plans, fire insurance rate recognition w` ll be received. However, we have noted a number of items which do no*- meet the requirements if our rating schedule for such a system and include the following: 1. Sprinkler protection has not been provided for entire building. 2. The 2" drain shall be provided with an adequate source of discharge so that a full flow test can be :onducted without causing water damage. While compliance with these rating schedule requirements is not mandatory, compliance with all rating schedule requirements will favorably affect the fire insurance rate consideration allowed for the installation. Thin eview is fo, the purpose of devel,)ping a fire insurance rate. It is not for the purpc4e of making priperty loss - —vention or 1' fe safety recommendations, and none are made. Yours very truly,- / Kcn Akerman Customer Service Representative lb NOTE: The Contractor t Certificate for both the underground and over- head piping must be furl. ed to this office, if applicable, along with full drain test includinb static and residual pressures and results of the initial dry valve test before rate credit for the sprinkler installation can be allowed.
