Re: Septic System
Dear Mr. i Mrs. Long:
In a letter to Mike Gaffroit, Orono Septic Systems Inspector,
dated February 10, 1986, you requested permission to occupy the
residence at 765 Dickey Lake Drive p::ior to installation of the
septic system. Mike Gaffron granted permission providing the
system would be installed no later than July 15, 1986. On July
25th, a follow-up inspection revealed the tanks were o—erf+owing
aiid the system had not been installed. An inspection slip left
for you stated the system must be installed in 30 days. On
September 16, 198C, the tanks were again found over flowing and
no progress on the septic system had been made.
Your failure to eliminate this
condition leaves us no alternative
