Mike Gaffron granted permission providing the <br />system would be installed no later than July 15, 1986. On July <br />25th, a follow-up inspection revealed the tanks were o—erf+owing <br />aiid the system had not been installed. An inspection slip left <br />for you stated the system must be installed in 30 days. On <br />September 16, 198C, the tanks were again found over flowing and <br />no progress on the septic system had been made. <br />Your failure to eliminate this <br />condition leaves us no alternative <br />Building proceedings. Action will be <br />1986.
