WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application by the Developer for <br /> development by the Planned Uriit Development (PUD)process of the Property; and � <br /> WHEREAS, on August 26, 2002 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4852 <br /> granting General Concept Plan Approval for the proposed development,which approval included <br /> the following elements: � <br /> � � . <br /> 1. Rezoning of the portion of the Property north of Kelley Parkway from RR-1 B Single <br /> Family Rural Residential District to RPUD Residential Planned Unit Development <br /> � District for construction of 167 residential multi-family dwelling units on a portion <br /> of the site comprising approximately 41 acres. <br /> Page 1 of 18 <br />
