within 49 hour- to eliminate surface dischargs.
❑ Inspection risers missing -tanks could not be inspected,
Inspection risers (4- die. pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within
the last three year., ,hey should be pumped out now.
