Box 209 Wayzata, MN 55391 We have completed further soil testing in Lot 5, Block 2, Ringerswood. This testing was to verify the suitability of another area of the lot more remote from the house and less shaded by the large trees. The testing indicated that this site would be suitable for a mound system. The Soil Borings Logs and Percolation Test results follow: SB-83-1 (6-23-83) 0' - 1.5' Black sandy loam - topsoil 1.5' - 2.5' Gray -brown sandy clay - soft 2.5' - 6' Light gray to brown sandy clay, mottled, wet. Water Table @ 2.5' SB-83-2 (6-23-83) 0' - 1.5' Black sandy loam - topsoil 1.5' - 2' Black clay loam - topsoil 2' - 3' Dark gray sandy clay 3' - 6' Gray -brown sandy clay, wet, mottled with some sand pockets. Water Table @ 3.0' Percolation Test Results (6-23-83) P-83-1 12" deep - 6 M.P.I. P-83-2 18" deep - 14 M.P.I. P-83-3 12" deep - 18 M.P.I. P-83-4 18" deep - 18 M.P.I.
