After <br />a brief review of their request and after discussions with staff; the applicants have <br />decided to withdraw their application. <br />The City collected a fee of $600. There has been minimal staff time dedicated to this <br />application and no engineer review. I would recommend refunding the entire $600.00 to: <br />Mike & Katie Schroeder <br />13 96 Baldur Park Rd <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Please authorize this refund and transmit this memo to Ron Olson with your signature of <br />approval.
