In purchasing a new home, file for your homestead. Register your address for voting, driver's license and
automobile registration. City water and sewer is billed quarterly. Septic inspection fees are billed annually.
Permits are required for any additions or alterations to your house or for construction of any garage, deck, dock
or other accessory structure.
Special regulations prohibit any excavation, filling, grading, dredging, tree removal or construction of any kind
within 75 feet of any lakeshore or within 26 feet of any wetlands.
This is to certify that I have inspected the promises at the
above address and that the building substantially conforms to
the requirements of the ordinances of the City applicable to newly
r-ntructed buildings, or to such alterations or repairs as were
covered by this budding permit numter and that the construction,
alteration or repair has been substantially completed in accordance
with the plans upon which the building permit required by ordinance
was issued.
