A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO
JACK BRINKHAUS
� � FOR DEDICATED SERVICE
TO THE CITY OF ORONO .
RESOLUTION NO. �� � � �
WHEREAS,Jack Brinkhaus has served the City of Orono as Public Works
Supervisor and Superintendent for 24 years; and
WHEREAS,his years with the City have been marked by a commitrnent to
service and responsiveness to citizen needs; and
WHEREAS,Jack has earned the respect of those in his field as well as the
friendship of his co-workers; and
WHEREAS,Jack is retiring from his position with the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
' City af Orono does hereby express its sincere appreciation to Jack Brinkhaus for his

dedicated service to the City,and does highly commend him for the manner in which
he has carried out his duties and responsibilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council extends to Jack its
best wishes for a long,healthy and happy retirement.
Adopted by the City Council of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held
this 22nd day of September, 2003.
