A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE PROPOSED 2004 GENERAL FUND BUDGET
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting held on September 8,2003,the City Council of the
City of Orono adopted Resolution No. 5042, establishing the Proposed 2004 General Fund
Budget, and;
WHEREAS,due to a misinterpretation of the overall levy limitation amount for taxes
collectible in 2004, Resolution No. 5042 included an incorrect amount for the General Fund tax
levy to be collectible in 2004, and;
WHEREAS,to correct the 2004 General Fund budgeted revenues it is necessary to
rescind Resolution No. 5042.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the Cit�-Council of the City of Orono,
County of Hennepin,Minnesota,that Resolution No. 5042 is hereby rescinded_ '
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed General Fund budget is determined
to be as follows:
