A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 2003
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 2004
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota, that the following sums be levied for the current year, collectible in 2004 upon the
taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following purposes:
General Fund - Operating $2,596,820
PIR Fund -Infrastructure Replacement(Road) 35,450
Park Fund -Land Acquisition and Development 5,000
Imp &Equip Outlay- Capital Equipment Certificates 125,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1997 18,000
Public Facilities Revenue Refunding Bond 1998 -HRA 250,000
• G.O. Improvement Bond 1999 5,000
Fire Facility and Equipment Bond 2003 -HRA 73,250
G.O. Sewer Improvement Refunding Bond 2003 35,000
TOTAL ALL LEVIES �3,143.520
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County,Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
September 8, 2003.
