A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR WEST FARM SAIVITARY SEWER
WHEREAS,the neighborhood residents have presented apetition requesting an assessment
project for the construction of a sanitary sewer system; and
WHEREAS,it is proposed that the benefitted property(s)be assessed for all of the cost of
the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of Orono,Minnesota that
the proposed improvements be referred to the City Engineer for study, and that he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary�vay as to
whether the proposed improvement is necessary,cost effective, and feasible and whether it should
� best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of
- the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 8th day of September 2003.
