HomeMy WebLinkAboutWaive of Application TimelineFrom:Martineau, Jeff L To:Laura Oakden Subject:RE: 1335 Arbor Street Plan of Action Date:Wednesday, February 14, 2018 11:06:51 AM Laura,   I have waived my development review timeline for my application.     Jeff Martineau REALTOR Coldwell Banker Burnet (952) 210-2626 www.jeffmartineau.com From: Laura Oakden [mailto:loakden@ci.orono.mn.us]  Sent: Tuesday, February 6, 2018 9:37 AM To: Martineau, Jeff L <JMartineau@CBBURNET.COM> Subject: 1335 Arbor Street Plan of Action   Hello Jeff,   I want to go over the plan of action for your variance request.  I have the item going to the Council on February 12th  and the council holding a public hearing for your existing plans.  You have requested the council to table your item to allow for you to redesign the home to meet the structural standards of the code.    The council has a few actions they could take. 1. They could follow your request and table the item. 2. They could approve your plans as is.  (The Planning Commission is an advising body and the Council can still approve your plans) 3. They could deny your request entirely. (I see this as an unlikely action)   If they choose to table to allow you to redesign your application.  You will need to submit new plans to me by Wednesday March 21st.   Then we will have a public hearing at the Planning Commission on April 16th, 2018 and Council Meeting May 14th. 2018.   To allow for these new dates you will need to waive your develop review timeline. Please respond to these email confirming you have waived your timeline for your application.   Please let me know If you have any other questions.
