Response: The request is similar to what currently exists on the property

Response: This proposed home is an asset to the neighbors and is a single level to minimize impact to theneighbors
12. The granting of such variance will not merely serve as a convenience to the applicant, but isnecessary to alleviate demonstrable difficulty.
