A ItESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY
IN THE OFFdCE OF COUNCIL MEMBER �
OF THE CITY OF ORONO
WHEREAS, with the resignation of Jay Nygard from his position as Council Member, a
vacancy has been created on the Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota effective June 16,2003.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby declare that a
vacancy now exists for the office of Council Member for the City of Orono,Minnesota.
