� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .
� NO. 1398
� . � � A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS
SUBDIVISION AND LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT OF
LOTS 11 AND LOT 12, ALBEE' S LONG LAKE ADDITZON
FOR MERRIAM S. ANDERSON AND ARDIS SEVERTSON
. WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; � and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City o.f Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations. for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a
subdivision of Lot 11 and Lot 12, Albee ' s Long Lake Addition by Merriam
. S. Anderson and Ardis Severtson, the subdividers; and •
WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of the
City, including:
� 1) Dedication of quit claim deed of right of way. for
�= � a public road shown as Long Lake Boulevard.
� 2) Payment to the City for the legal review and
recording of the certificate of survey. a.nd all
other documents related to this subdivision in
the amount of $75.00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot line
rearrangement for Merriam S. Anderson and Ardi.s Severtsan as shown on
the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin dated July 29, 1982, subject
to the following conditions:
1) Parcel B as shown on the above referenced certificate of
survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with
Parcel A as shown on the above referenced certificate of
survey, which together shall be thereafter considered
as one building ,site.
2) Parcel C as shown on the above referenced certificate of
survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with
Parcel D as shown on the above referenced certificate of
survey, which together shall be thereafter considered as
one building site.

3) Per Ordinance 210, Sec tion 22. 20, Subdiv 5 of the
Orono Septic Code, all current and future owners of ,
combined Parcels A and B and combined Parcels C and
� D are hereby advised that future improvements of
the existing principal structures on these properties
will be limited to non bedroom and non bathroom .
• expansion.
4) The aforesaid division shall be fil.ed by the City of
Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder' s office on
or before February 9, 1982, together with a certified
original copy of this Resolution.
The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the
division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision review.
