Roof Drains

Foundation
Foundation drains are underground pipes that collect storm water from

Sump Pumps
Sump pumps are designed to capture surface or ground water that enters
basements or crawl spaces and pump it away from the house. The basic sump

drain line. Sump pumps should not be connected to the sanitary sewer.

INTRUSION IN JOINTS AT 411, 5815 5915 67% 7015 881. LINE HAS CLEAN OUT
OUTSIDE 50' ON VIDEO. WAS ABLE TO LOCATE CLEAN OUT OUTSIDE BUT
ITS MOST LIKELY BURIED I'OR T DOWN. OVERALL PIPE IS IN GOOD
WORKING CONDITION. SEE VIDEO.
WAS ABLE TO VERIFY NONE OF THE GUTTERS TIE INTO THE SEWER, WAS
ABLE TO LOCATE ALL EXITS POINT FOR THE GUTTERS THAT RAN UNDER
GROUND, SEE PICTURES.
ALSO VERIFIED SUMP PUMP DOES NOT TIE INTO SEWER AND LOCATED
WHERE IT DISCHARGES TO, SEE PICTURE.
