Dear Mr. Hamm,
As you will recall, when the sewer project was proposed for the
Minnetonka Bluffs area, you were given the option of having your
adjacent property included or excluded. Copies of the following
two resolutions are attached to this letter:
Resolution 1174 - providing sewer service to 1230 Dickenson Street.
Resolution 1177 - excluding 480 Orono Orchard Rd. from the project.
The project is now complete and ready for use. The general letter
enclosed provides information regarding connection of the residence
at 1230 Dickenson Street, which work must be completed before Dec.
1, 1982. If you have any questions, please call 473-7357.
