In September, you received a Notice of Violation, the inspector stated that your property was in violation of
section 78-1579. You filed an appeal, disagreeing with the notice. That application for appeal was deemed
incomplete, no fees were paid.
Upon further review, City staff agrees, your property is not in violation of section 78-1579, it is in violation of
section 58-2 (e). A notice to this effect was sent on October 14, 2020. You have until October 24, 2020 to address
the issue or request additional time.
Since the appeal you filed for Section 78-1579 is no longer applicable, I am VOIDING that application. If you wish
to appeal the citation related to Section 58-2 (e), please refer to 2-41.
