REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION
SUBJECT: Zoning Application #16-3845
The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your
application for a variance for property located at 1240 Arbor Street. Below is a list of items the City of
Orono is requesting to complete our review:
1. Corrected Certificate of Surve . Two (2) original scaled copies of the certificate of survey, as well as
a digital or reduced copy (11N17" or smaller), meeting the requirements of the City's Survey and Site
Plan Minimum Standards and specifically indicating the following:
a) Existing and proposed topographic contours extending 50' past the property boundaries; we
are particularly concerned as to how the drainage will Flow in relation to the house to the
immediate north of the property.
b) Identify a proposed well location.
2. Hardcover calculations for the revised site plan.
3. Hennepin County Property Owners List (350' .
4. Property owners' signatures on Data Privacy Advisory form.
5. Signed Escrow Agreement - see attached document.
Application #16-3845 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items
requested above by Thursday, July 7th by 4:30 p.m. in order to remain on the May 16th Planning
Commission agenda. The variance application forms and instructions are available online at the following
