I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a
survey of the boundaries of:
Lot 10, Bloch 1, THE NURSERY, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
And of the location of all buildings, if any, thereon, and all visible
encroachments, if any, from or on said land. As surveyed by me this 11th
day of November, 1980.

SITE YVALUATION REPORT
FOR REDFI-MD HOM 3S 7S "`'►-
LOT 10, THS NURSERY
9-10-80
On September 6, 1980 six percolation holes Were tested and three
soil borings taken, the primary site was comprised of holes 1-4 Which
were located -west of the proposed house. Holes 5 and 6 were in the al-
ternate site on the south side if the lot. All the percolation holes
were dug 6 inches in diameter to a 42 inch depth while the soil bor-
ings were dug 6 inches in diameter to the 4 foot depth and 3 inches
In diameter to the remaining depth. All holes were dug with bucket
type band augers,
Water was kept in the holes the night prior to testing after
which the holes were tested in j hour intervals for 4-.-hours. The av-
erage percolation rate for the primary site was 16.6 minutes per inch.
which would be acceptable for a standard drainfield system. However,
with a high water table in wet seasons possible in this area, the
trenches should be kept fairly shallow. Very good material was en-
countered on the alternate site which could aeowt a standard system
a2ss.
Beeausse-the primary site should be no nearer than 75 feet to the
small low area to the weet., and iha elevation drop it about 7 feet from
the top of the hill to the drainfield area, the hovsw might have to
be rafaUd slightly to obtain a walkout to the. drainfield sftbe-this
area (dsainfteld 21#4 can not be graded.
Additional design information follows. Lf any questions arise or
other information is needed, please contact me.

1. Percolation Rate, Type, of System
16.6 minutes per inch. Standard system with trenches no deeper
than 2-2,5 feet,
2. Proposed Flow Rate
4 bedroom house = 600 gallons per day(GPD),
3- Soil Treatment Area Required
For a percolation rate from 16-30 NPI a factor of 1.67 times the
flow rate a 1000 sg.ft, of area is required.
!. 31" juA Humber of Trenohes
Five trenches 2 feet wide and 100 feet long would yield 1000 sq.ft.
Two foot wide trenches should be spaced 6.5 feet minimwe venter to
center.
5. Filter Needed
55.6 cub+, yards of rook is needed for 1000 sq.ft, of drainfield
with 12 1es or rock below and 2 inehes over a 4 inch pipe.
6. septic Ys
Two 1000 gallon septic tanks are recommended,
