A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #1339
ORONO' S PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS the Orono City Council on November 23 , 1981
adopted Resolution #1339 , a resolution to amend Sections XIX
and LIII of the City of Orono ' s Administrative Organization
also known as the City of Orono' s Personnel Policy; and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Orono has
determined it is in the best interest of the City to amend
Resolution #1339 to exclude a particular paragraph under
Section LIII which states:
� "Exceptions to the above rule shall be made only in
extreme situations and only• upon the prior written
approval of the City Administrator and City Council. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Orono exclude the above paragraph under Section LIII
of Resolution #1339. This action excludes all related persons
to be employed by the City and allows no exceptions.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held March 8 , 1982 .
