• � • '• A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ORONO PUBLIC� WORKS
`�~�� DEPARTMENT TO PLACE "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON A
• PART OF KELLY AVENUE . •
WHEREAS the City of Orono has received complaints of a
safety hazard existing on that. part of Kel`ly Avenue approximately
one thousand feet south of Shoreline Drive when on street parking
. is allowed and; . . � ,
WHEREAS the Orono staff has .determined that if on street
parking is allowed ori that part of Ke11y. Avenue a safety hazard
does exist. ' � �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that �the Orono City Council
does hereby direct the �Orono Public Works• Department to place
"No Parking" signs on •both sides of Ke.11y Avenue beginning at the
intersection at Shoreline Drive to a point 1000 feet south of
Shoreline Drive.
