��� A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A JOINT AND
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT CONTRACT FOR FIRE
• SERVICE FROM THE CITY OF MOUND
1982
WHEREAS, the Joint and Cooperative Agreement Contract
for Fire Service between the City of Mound and the City of Orono
expires December 31, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono prepared an agreement that
incorporates a fair and equitable formula for determining costs
for fire service for a portion of �Orono to be serviced by the
Mound Fire Dep'artment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono
approves the 1982 Joint and Cooperative Agreement Contract for
Fire Service from the City of Mound and submits same to the City
of Mound for their approval.
