A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING
HEARING ON THE DUNWOODY AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1312 of the Council,
adopted September 14, 1981, a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Paul Smith property,
(2477 Dunwoody Avenue - P. I.D. 20-117-23 22- 0015) by installing r
municipal sanitary sewer and municipal watermain extensions, and this
report was received by the Council on January 11, 1982 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono: •
1) The Council will consider the con.struction of such
, sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance
with the report and the assessment of the sinqle
benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the
• improvement pursuant to Minnesot� Statutes, Chapter 429,
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$28, 230. 00 . • �
2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed � I'
� improvement on Monday, May 10 , 1982 at �
7: 00 PM in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 '
South Brown Road, and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota,
at a regular meeting held this 11 day of January , 1982.
