The Orono Planning Commission reviewed a sketch plan for properties including 2350 Watertown Road.
No formal motion was made; the Planning Commission offered the following recommendations:
A conservation design master plan must be developed to assist in determining the appropriate
lot layout prior to submittal of a preliminary plat application.
Delineation of all wetlands should be conducted.
A master grading plan should be proposed to determine building pad locations and elevations as
well as address any stormwater concerns.
The official meeting Minutes are enclosed for further reference.
A pre-application meeting with Planning staff is required prior to submittal of a rezoning
application (to RPUD) and preliminary plat application.
