� � � ' A RESOLUTION REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF
AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON A PROPERTY
� LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS LOT 2, BLOCK 1,
GREEN TREES ON TANAGER LAKE
WHEREAS, on November 10, 1980, Council approved the relocati:on
of an access easement through Lots 2 and 4, Block l, Green Trees on .
Tanager Lake in favor of Lot 3, Block 1, Green Trees on Tanager Lake
subject to the removal of an accessory structure on Lot 2, Block 1, -
Green Trees on Tanager Lake, finding that said accessory structure will
not meet the minimum setback required from the proposed road; removal
of the accessory structure was to be completed prior to the issuance
of a certificate of occupancy for the new residence being constructed
on Lot 2, Block l, Green Trees on Tanager Lake; and
WHEREAS, on December 14, 1981, Council reviewed a petition
by William D. Sexton the oRne� of Lot 2, Block 1, Green Trees on Tanager
Lake asking that the accessory structure be allowed to remain until
May 1, 1982, the owner claims the additional time is needed to allow
•satisfactory disposal of the accessory structure.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the petition of William D�.�..Sexton subject
to the following conditions:
1) The accessory structure is to be removed and
the entire disturbed area restored and seeded
by May l, 1982 .
2)� The accessory structure may not be used for
habitation at any time prior to the agreed
upon removal date of May l, 1982.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held on January 11, 1982.
