A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRIVATE
CONNECTIONS TO THE 81-1
HIGHWOOD SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, on August 10 , 1981, the Orono Council approved
the construction of the 81-1 Highwood Sanitary Sewer construction;
and,
� WHEREAS, the construction of the sanitary sewer system
was completed on October 23, 1981, with the exception of restoration;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has completed a final inspection
of the construction of the sanitary sewer system with the exception
of final restoration; and
WHEREAS, there are residents of the 81-1 Highwood Sanitary
Sewer Project who desire to connect their dwelling to the sanitary
� sewer line, as soon as possible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council
does hereby authorize and approve of the private connections to the
sanitary sewer line .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
' regular meeting held on October 26 , 1981.
