• ' • • � A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS
`:�"'r'r�:i`k_'�`:��` � SUBDIVISION AND LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR
JOFiN D. MCCALLUM
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision by John D. McCallum, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for John
D. McCallum as showr�. on the Certificate of Survey by Gordon R. Coffin
•dated February 17, 1981, subject to the following conditions:
1) Parcel A as described on the above referenced
survey shall remain as one building site finding �
all existing structures meet the required setback
from the newly created lot line; all future
construction will be required to meet the minimum
setback standard from the newly created lot line.
2) Parcel B and Parcel C as described on the above
, referenced survey shall be legally combined for
� tax purposes which together shall be thereafter
considered as one building site. •
3) The aforesaid division shall be filed by the City
• of Orono with ,the Hennepin County Recorder' s
Office together with a certified original copy of
this resolution. ,
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held October 26 , 1981.
