RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

�� ,� � ` A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1981

TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1982
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year,
collectible in 1982 upon taxable property in the City of Orono, for the following
purpose :
For all funds except Debt Redemption and Special Levies $818,914.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund Levy of
, $1,800 for 1982 adopted October 9, 1972 by Resolution ��465 is necessary and
should be collected.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund Levy of
$26,100 for 1982 adopted by Resolution ��556 on September 10, 1974 and amended by �
Resolution ��1208 on September 29, 1980 is necessary and should be collected.
' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Improvement Debt Redemption Fund Levy of
' . $17,600 for 1982 adopted November 20, 1980 by Resolution ��1228 is necessary
• and should be collected.
The City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy
of the resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular
meeting held September 28, 1981.
