1. Only 13 earth anchors were installed. The remaining wall support systems were concrete embedded posts with
attachment to the floor/ceiling framing above. While I understand that this system is an acceptable alternative,
The documentation was not provided for this permit. Per my conversation with the installer on site the engineering
for this design needs to be uploaded and approved prior to the permit being closed. Please upload the as built
documents and engineering for the products installed at this site.
