� PROCI,AMATION: TO PROCLAIM OCTOBER 10, 1981, AS COMMUNITY BAND DAY
. • WHEREAS: The Westonka Community Band is composed of local residents
from the cities of our area, �
. . The band performs musical greetings and entertainment through- ,
, out the year with no personal financial gain,
- The participation is open to citizens of all ages, sex, color,
creed, willing to donate their time,
By this proclamation the Westonka Community Band is recognized
� as the areas official'Musical Greeter,
By virtue of the above � r2a�or Van Nest �f the City of Orono
Mayor
does hereby proclaim that October 10, 1981, is Community Band
Day and all citizens are urged to join as musicians or
spectators at the sch duled oncerts in Mound and Navarre.
