� � � ` A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT
OF EDGEWOOD PLACE �
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision plat by Robert F. White, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting a11
septic standards and the standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding
that each lot is of a size and configuration that will allow its use
as a single family residence to be located without the need of any
setback variances; and .
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of
• the platting regulations of the City, including:
1) Dedication on the plat of drainage and utilities
easements.

, 2) Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the �
amount of $200. 00 .
3) Payment to the City for legal review and filing fees
in the amount of $50. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the plat of EDGEWOOD PLACE, Hennepin
County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions:
1) Lot 1 shall deed an easement for driveway and
utilities purposes` in favor of Lot 2.
2) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of
Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder` s Office.
