RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

���' �� • : A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED
''°�}�'���'-i� °k{>� CDBG AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY

WHEREAS, the City of Orono, Minnesota and the County
of Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County
Contract No. 90461, for the purposes of the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant
Program; and
� WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the
Agreement and execute a new Joint Cooperation Agreement, County
Contract No. 10398;
NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the current Joint
Cooperation Agreement between the City and the County, County
Contract No. 90461 be terminated effective �eptember 30 , 1981
and a new Joint Cooperation Agreement between the City and the
County, County Contract No. 10398 , be executed effective October l,
� 1981, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign
the Agreement on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a �
regular meeting held August 24 , 1981.
