Please plan accordingly. The City will not issue a
Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (Temp CO) for new
homes during the growing season from May 1st to
November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
requires all permits associated with the project to be finaled
and an as-built survey approved by the City. If vegetation
is not fully established at the time of CO issuance, the
erosion control escrow will continue to be held.
The septic system is not included in the
building permit approval. The septic
system requires a separate Septic

This building permit is contingent upon
installation of a conforming septic system. Soils
have not been verified; proceed at your own risk.
