RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A
METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION AND
LOT LINE REARRANGEPZENT FOR
GORDON WOLSFELD
WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municibal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of. the State of Minnesota;
and
GIHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono has
adopted subdivisian regulations for the orderly, economic and
safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application
for a subdivision by Gordon 4�7olsfeld, the subdivider of a
property legally described as .follows :

[�1HEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements
of the City,
NO[^], THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of tne City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division
for Gordon Wols.feld as shown on the Certificate of Survey by
Gordon R. Coffin, dated November 7 , 1980 , (Exhibit A) , subject
to the following conditians:
lo Parcel B as described on Exhibit A shall be legally
combined for tax purposes with Lot 1, Block l, t�olsfeld
Lake Company AGdition, which together shall be thereafter
considered as one building site.
2. Parcel A as described on Exhibit A shall remain as
one building site meeting all current standards of
the RR-1B zoning district.
3. On August l, 1981, the rental of the garage apartment
on Parcel A will be discontinued. All future use of
the subject structure must conform to all standards
setforth in the residenti.al accessory use sections
( • of t.he RR-]_B ��ening district.

4. The aforesaid division shall be filed by the City
of Orono with Hennepin County Recorder' s of_fice together
with a certified original copv of this Resolution.
Adopted by the Orono City Council this 8th day o� June 981. �
