RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESO�UTION APPROVING THE PLAT UF
LAURENT ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develapment
cf land within the City; and
WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the application for
a subdivision plat by William Fielding, the subdivider; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision has been approved as meeting all
septic standards and the standards of the RR-lE zoning district finding
ti�at each lot is of a size and configuration that will all.ow its use
as a single family residence to be located without the need of any __
�eLb::ck -;uriances; anci ' ,

GaHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of
�he platting regulations of the City, including:
1. Dedication of drainage and util.ities easements .
2 . Creation of a section of private road shown on
the plat as C�utlot A.
3 . Concurrent with the creation of this private road, the
Subdivider ha� dedicated to the City a Road and litilities
Easement (Exhibit A) granting to the City permanent access,
improvement and utility easements over said Outlot.
4 . Dedication to the City of a FloN�age and Conservation
Easement (Exhibit B) providing for limitation on the
use of wetlands and dra�nageways described therein and
shown on the glat as "drainage easements" .
Payment to the City of a Dark D�dication F"ee in the amount
of ;400. 00.
Payment to the City for l�qal �nd administrative review
ancl filing fe�s in the amount of $50 . 00 .
PaOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Qr_ono hereby approves the �lat of the Laurent Addition,
F�ennspin County, Minnesot; subject to the following corlditions:

l. Access to lot 1 must be located at some point
on north property line, such access to be approved
by the City Staff. Approved access to lot 2 is via
platted corridor to north property line .
2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of
Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder° s �ffice
together with a certifizd original copy of this
Resolution and executed copies of Exhibits A & B
as noted above.
ADOPTED BY THE ORONO CITY COUNCIL this 27th day of May, 19$1.
