provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's cost of
agency channelization construction to be performed upon and along
Old Crystal Bay Road from Engineer Station 5+95 to Engineer Station
9+00 (the Trunk Highway No. 12 south right of way line} and from
Engineer Station 11+40 (the Trnnk Highway No. 12 north right of way
line) to Engineer Station 16+80 within the corporate City limits
and of the agency construction of all city owned utility facilities
to be performed upon and along Trunk Highway No. 12 (Wayzata Boule-
vard) within the corporate City limits .
