WI�REAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans,
special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 1�� ,
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. =1-�' , within the corporate limits of the City of

and seeks the approval thereof:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVID that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said
Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including
the elevations and gradea as shown aad consent is hereby given to any and all changes in
�ade occasioned by said conetruction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVID that the City doea hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles,
if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway,
to be parallel with the curb ad�acent to the highwaq, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks
on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
Upon the call of the roll, the followiag council members voted in favor of the Resolution:
