• � • • A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON THE NORTH SHORE DRIVE/HIGHWOOD AREA
SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1256 of the Council,
adopted March 23 , 1981, a report has been prepared by the City
Engineer with reference to the improvement of portions of County
Road 19, North Shore Drive , by installing municipal sanitary sewers,
and this report was received by the Council on May 11, 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono:
l . The Council will consider the construction of such
sanitary sewer in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting or adjacent properties for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , at an estimated
total cost of the improvement of $49, 030 .00 .
� 2 . A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on Monday, June 8 , 1981 at 7 :00 P.M.
in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 Brown Road
South, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held May 11, 1981 .
