should ba pumped out as soon as possibla.
□ System is discharging to surfaca. Tanks must ba pumped
within 48 hours to aliminsts surface discharge.
□ Inspection risers missing-tanks could not ba inspactad.
Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installsd in each tank
at naxt pumpout. If tanks have not baan pumped out within
tha last three yean, tfiay should be pumped out now.
□ Inspaction pipe is located directly over tank baHla. (Ooas not
giva accurate measuremant of solids accumulation.) If tanks
have rtot been pumped out within tha last three years, they
should ba pumped out now.
Drainfjald inspection indicatss:
^i^Orainfiald is dry, no surfacirtg evident.
□ Soma avidanca of surfacing, not critical yet.
□ Drainfield is saturated and visibly dIsGharging untreated
affluent to tha surfaca. This conchtion may require replace
ment or additions to drainfield. Contact tha City Inspector
immadiataly. Repairs must ba complatad within 90 days.
