Home My WebLink AboutResolution 1264 � � Clt� of ORONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL • NO. 1264 • ' • • A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION #1172 ESTABLISHING WATER AND SEWER RATES LONG LAKE-WAYZATA WHEREAS, Resolution #1172 established water and sewer rates effective October 1, 1980 ; and WHEREAS, the Cities of Long Lake and Wayzata have increased the charges for water sold to the City of Orono, effective January l, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City of Orono proposes to incorporate the increased charges into the rates of those Orono customers served by Long Lake or Wayzata water. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipal water rate for all customers in Area #2 - Long Lake, be amended, effective January 1 , 1981, as follows: • Area #2 - Long Lake - $4 . 00 per quarter per connection, plus $1. 10/1000 gallons BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Municipal water rates for all customers in Area #3 - Chevy Chase, be amended, effective January l, 1981, as follows: Area #3 - Chevy Chase - $3 .00 per quarter per connection, plus $1.40/1000 gallons Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held March 23 , 1981.
