SITE EVALUATION REPORT <br />& SYSTEM DESIGN <br />FOR MCNULTY CONSTRUCTION <br />OF LOT 4, BLOCK 2, McCulIey Farm <br />ORONO, MINNESOTA <br />5-9-88 <br />On April 29-30, 1988 two sites were tested for both a primary and an al­ <br />ternate septic system site. Both areas were very flat with nice black loam <br />soil on top but with a possible seasonal high water table which would require <br />a mound system for either site. ^ ^ ,Additional information follows concerning results and design criteria. In <br />addition, two septic tanks of at least 1000 gallons each will be needed along <br />with a third pumping tank of 750 gallons. An alarm device is also needed to <br />warn of any pump failure. r .All construction and materials mu^t^^dhere to the provisions of the City <br />of Orono.
