She was told the entire area she lives in, is now in the process of being re-valued. No action by the Board. Richard C. Tieqen - Plat 43240 - Parcei 60U and 5800 He has 3 lots and feels they are not buildable because of a culvert and water run-off . Mayor VanNest recommended the Assessor and Zoning Administrator Henry Muhich, look at the lots to determine if they could become one build- able site after a comination. Theodore Boer - Plat 41860 - Parcel 1825 Requested re-valuation by Assessor, Mr. Boer will call the Assessor ' s office and set time and date for an inspection. Dr. Larry Joel - Plat 43137 - Parcel 8000 Requested the Board to lower his market value to $191,000, his purchase price as of December 1976, The Board was informed by the Assessr that Dr. Joel has twice been instructed to produce a copy of his deed. Merlin Halverson - Plat 42300 - Parcels 2200 and 2300 Requested re-valuation by phone call to Assessor, The Oronfl Board of Review adjourned at 8: 10 p.m. until a later date, to be set by City Administrator. , I i i T0: Glenn Hawkyard, Assessor . FROM: Hank Muhich, Zoning Aninistrator DATE: June 2, 1977 SUBJECT: Richard Tiegen - Vacant Property Located at Cotmty Road #151 and West Point Road Mr. Tiegen's vacant property here consists of six adjoining, substandard lots, each containing approximately 1/6 of an acre. The zoning classification in this district is LR-1B (minimtun 1 acre with minimLun 140' lot width) . If these lots were combined, they would qualify as a building site as the com- bined parcel would exceed both the minimwn lot width and area. No variances would be necessary. When this area was seiaered the individual 1/6 acre lots were each assessed 1/6 of the tmit assessment. This is more justification that the property could be combined as one building site only. My recommendation here aould be combining the six lots as one parcel and assessing the property for tax purposes at a valuation similar to other properties in the area. 9 + ; ' I ; l i i I i I ' II !
