On-site inspection of thie Dunlap hame, 1595 Bohn's Point Road, reveala that the
deacription is correct in the County 5taff Appriaser's appriasal.
It is my opinion that the market value Would fall in a range between $90,OU0 and
$100,000. At $99,000 the exiating valuation is in the higher end of the rasige.
If I were making this appraisal anew, I would have recognized alightly �reater
depreciation than was taken by the County man, and would have arrived at about
$93,000 as my esti�ate. A reduction to $93�000 would be acceptable as reflecting
a reasonable approxfmation to market value, and a ressonable equitability relation-
ship to other property values in the vicinity.
