RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

;.�r A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION
FOR LAUREN E. BORN, JAMES P. RIVERS AND JACK LEHTINEN
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic, and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application
for a subdivision by Lauren E. Born, James P. Rivers, and Jack Lehtinen,
the subdividers of property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements
of the City, including:
l. Execution of an open space easement (Exhibit A)
limiting the use of Parcel 2, legally described below
2 . Payment to the City of $50 .00 for filing review and fee
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for
Lauren E. Born, James P. Rivers, and Jack Lehtinen, creating two parcels
legally described as follows:

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
• regular meeting held February 23 , 1981.
