RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR
HENNEPIN COUNTY ASSESSING
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into an
Agreement with the County of Hennepin for the assessment of
commercial, industrial, and residential properties located in
the City of Orono by the County Assessor for Hennepin County
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1967, Section 273 . 072 , that the
term of said Agreement shall be for the assessing years 1981,
1982 , 1983 , and 1984 .
The consideration shall be that the City of Orono shall
pay to Hennepin County the sum of $28 , 590 dollars in July, 1981
and in each July thereafter and that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby directed to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City of Orono.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota the
24 day of November , 1980 by a vote of 5 Ayes and
0 Nays.
