Tank Inspaction indicates:

Inspection risers missing-tanks could not bo intpactad.Hp
Inspection risors (4" dia. pipe) mutt be installad in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks have not bean pumped out within
tha last three years, they should ba pumped out now.

have not bean pumped out within the last throe years, they
should ba pumped out now.
