A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE A�RE�IQ�I'I' FOR 'I'f� -
PLACII�IQ�T OF A SANITARY SE,WER LINE ACROSS BURL-
ING'I'ON NOR� PROPERTY.
Wf�RF,AS the City of Orono will be constructing a sanitary sewer line in
the City of Orono and,
W��RF,AS a part of that sanitary sewer line will be constructed so as to
cross and run parallel with the Burlington Northern Railroad property at survey
station 69 +- 45-Mile post 26+529 feet and,
WHEREAS the Burlington Northern Railroad does require a lease aqreement
and a fee for crossing and rur�sling parallel to their property for the construction
• of the sanitary sewer line,
NQW TI�,�REE'ORE BE IT RESOLVID that the City Council of the City of Orono
does hereby agree to enter into agre�zt n�nber 235-695 with the Burlington
Northern Railroad which agreeme_nt when signed by both garties authorizes the place-
ment of a sanitary sewer line on Burlington Northern Property.
BE IT FU��I'FiER RESOLVID that the Orono City Council does apprave the
payment to Burlington Northern Railroad in an a�unt of $300.00 for the rental of
land for the first five years and $200.00 �for rental of land each five year there-
after as specified in pernlit ntm�ber 235-695.
