� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND
BOUNDS SUBDIVISION FOR 4•1ILLIAM FIELDING
WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHE REAS , the City Council has considered the application for a �
subdivision by 4dilliam G. Fielding, the subdivider;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council o` the
City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for William
G. Fielding according to the legal descriptions shown on the Certificate
of Survey by Egan, Field & Nowak, Inc . , dated June 1g, 1980, (Exhibit A) ,
� subject to the following conditions :
l. Parcel B as described on Exhibit A sha11 be legally
combined for tax purposes with Parcel 36-118-23 11 0005 ,
which together shall be thereafter considered as one
building site .
2 . Parcel A as described on Exhibit A shall remain as
an undeveloped 3 . 4 acre site subject to current zoning
code requirements . �
3 . The aforesaid division shall be filed by the City of
Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder ' s Office together
with a certified original copy of this Resolution.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on the '14th
day of October, 1980 .
